Thomas Arndt Quinlin

I left Minnesota immediately after graduation and spent 4 years in the USAF (three years in Vietnam). From there I goofed off much of the time between 1972 and 1978, living in Norway and the US. I moved to California in 1978 and in San Jose until 2005, then moved to Las Vegas. I lived in Asia (Thailand and Hong Kong) for several years.

I currently live and run a business in northern Idaho. I design and build mobile solar power generators for the off-grid market.

I was not very successful in high school. I did not get into sports, I was not scholastically inclined and was for the most part very lazy. I was a lost soul who took a very long time to find himself.

However I have discovered that the world is a fascinating place indeed. I believe that God has blessed me in guiding me through what has been the world tour of my life.

I have started, managed and have failed (and succeeded) in multiple businesses in the past. I currently keep my days full & filled with purpose running my company, and enjoying my solitude climbing, riding and reading.
