Linda lived next door to me when we were in high school.  As neighbors we became close friends. She was a stalwart and true friend as we maneuvered through the fun times and uncertainties of high school life.  Our differences helped us to challenge each other and grow.  We drifted apart after high school, but I am thankful and blessed for having known Linda.

Linda was a wonderful friend from the 7th grade on.  Bonnie Shoop, Linda and I were inseparable in high school, in each others weddings and came together sporatically while our children were growing.  We lost contact for several years but came together once again in her last years when Linda was diagnosed with a rare degenerative disease.  It was extremely difficult for us to see such a beautiful, vivacious woman as Linda slowly deteriorate.  We know she is now in heaven and when the Lord renews the earth we will return with incorruptable bodies.  What a glorious time we will have for all eternity!

Linda was a beautiful person and a friend, at John Glenn Jr. High School, and at North St. Paul High School. We also kept in touch for awhile post-high school. I am so sorry that she had this awful disease. She was such a vivacious outgoing woman, full of life. I know that she is in Heaven now, with our Lord God, and free of all pain, and she is smiling her wonderful smile again.

Didn't really get to know Linda till college. She was so fun and sweet. Even though we didn't stay close after school, I would run into her every few years. It was always fun catching up. She worked at Dayton's for quite a while and I would always stop in to see her. She always had a beautiful smile and and hug for me. If you see me from heaven, know that you are missed and maybe you can put in a good word for me.

Linda and I were friends in Junior High and also in High School.  Both of us worked for the G.E. M. Store in Maplewood in the grocery department.  We sure had fun working there.  Linda and her husband and my husband and I would celebrate New Year's Eve a couple times.  Once was in a literal snow storm, but we got to the location which could have been the Mermaid Club and celebrated.  Linda always had a smile on her face.  When she worked at Daytons she was always getting us great tickets to concerts.  I last saw her a couple times when she was at the care center.  Bonne, Doreen, and I visited her prior to our class reunion in 1969.  She had a great memory of people and activities we all did in high school.  She will be missed!!!!

Linda became my friend during Junior High and through High School.  Doreen Mahmood, me and Linda did a lot of fun things together.  We also got together after High school.  We were apart for awhile while we got married and had families.  Doreen brought us all together again when we found out Linda had this awful neurological disease.  We would visit her often, share memories and offer support and encouragement.  She was quite the gal with her outgoing personality, zest for life and love of clothes and fashion.  I will miss her but am thankful she knew Christ and is whole and healthy again in heaven!!!
